Nerve Systems collects basic contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Website URL) provided during the checkout or chatbot demo request process. We do not store, hold, or process payment card details on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely via our authorized Merchant of Record and payment processing partners.
To construct your custom bot architecture, our systems temporarily process your public website data or the private manual PDFs/FAQs you supply us.
LEGAL DATA STIPULATION: As outlined in our Terms of Service, if we are unable to scrape data from your website due to security walls, and we have formally asked you for manual data, and you are withholding it to pass time, then in that case a refund will not be initiated. The 14-working-day SLA delivery time will only start once you give the necessary data. Deliberate withholding of required operational data voids all refund policies.
The Nerve Knowledge Builder software operates strictly locally on your machine. We do not track, intercept, or monitor the specific websites you choose to extract data from using this tool. The generated JSON or CSV files remain entirely on your local hard drive.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or your operational business data to third-party data brokers. Operational data provided to us is used exclusively to train your specific cloud bot instance on encrypted enterprise servers.
