These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client", "User") and Nerve Systems ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the software, services, or custom architectures provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
Nerve Systems guarantees the delivery and deployment of your custom WhatsApp Architecture (Sales Bot, Receptionist Bot, or Bundle) within 14 working days of purchase, or you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
CRITICAL STIPULATION ON WITHHOLDING DATA:
Our architectures are constructed using your specific business data. If we are unable to automatically scrape data from your website due to security protocols, we will explicitly request manual data (PDFs, pricing matrices, URLs, or FAQs) from you.
If we have requested necessary data and you are withholding it to pass time, a refund will NOT be initiated under any circumstances. The 14-working-day delivery SLA timer will ONLY begin once you have provided the complete, required data payload. Deliberate delays, unresponsiveness, or malicious withholding of data immediately voids the refund guarantee.
Custom bot deployments require an ongoing $29/month hosting fee to cover dedicated server operations and foundational LLM API usage. Failure to maintain this subscription will result in the immediate suspension of your bot's automated reply capabilities.
The Nerve Knowledge Builder is provided under a single-user lifetime license. You may use it to extract data and build services for your own clients or agency. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or distribute the core executable file of the software itself.
⚠️ Warning: Key Security & Machine Linking
Your software license key is permanently linked to your specific machine. Make sure to protect your hardware. If you lose your key, you are permitted exactly one (1) restore. After this single restore has been claimed, any subsequent loss will require the purchase of a brand new license. No exceptions.
Nerve Systems provides custom AI architectures and extraction tools "as is." We are not legally or financially responsible for lost revenue, lost leads, or incorrect messages sent by the AI, though we strictly test for accuracy. The Client accepts full responsibility for monitoring their unified inbox and maintaining oversight of the automated system.
All visual interfaces, design themes, layouts, source code, CSS, JavaScript logic, copywriting, and proprietary assets displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Nerve Systems, protected by international copyright laws.
Prohibited Actions:
Enforcement & Liquidated Damages
Any unauthorized copying, recreation, or infringement of our theme or code constitutes willful copyright infringement. By accessing this site, you legally agree that any violation will incur a mandatory, immediate liquidated damages penalty of $10,000 USD, plus an additional recurring penalty of $500 USD per calendar day that the infringing material remains active or accessible online. Nerve Systems actively monitors the web for clones and will aggressively challenge, litigate, and enforce these penalties in any international court or jurisdiction applicable to the infringing party.
The Nerve Knowledge Builder is provided strictly as a neutral utility software tool designed to facilitate the creation of ethical knowledgebases and automation frameworks.
Any data, text, media, or intellectual property you extract from any website using our software instantly becomes your sole responsibility and your property. Nerve Systems assumes zero ownership over your extracted data and bears absolutely zero liability for how you choose to utilize, store, or distribute it.
Client Acknowledgement:
By downloading, installing, or operating the Knowledge Builder, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Nerve Systems harmless against any and all legal claims, damages, lawsuits, or regulatory penalties arising from your independent extraction activities or misuse of the software.
