Due to the digital nature of our software binaries and the custom engineering work required to deploy bespoke WhatsApp AI architectures, all sales are final. Once onboarding has commenced or software keys are dispatched, refunds will not be issued. If you experience any setup defects or technical integration issues, Nerve Systems provides 14 days of dedicated technical support to guarantee full system operation.
Nerve Systems guarantees the delivery and deployment of your custom WhatsApp Architecture within 14 working days of purchase. If we fail to deploy your system within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your initial build fee.
CRITICAL EXCEPTION (VOIDANCE CLAUSE):
Our architectures are constructed using your business data. If we require manual data (PDFs, URLs, FAQs) and you withhold it, the SLA timer pauses. Deliberate delays, unresponsiveness, or malicious withholding of data immediately voids this refund guarantee.
Our custom architectures (Sales Bot, Receptionist Bot, and Mission Possible Bundle) require a $29/month retainer. This covers dedicated server operations and foundational LLM API usage. You may cancel this monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, because these are hard server costs, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months used.
If you meet the criteria for our 14-Day SLA failure, you may request a refund by emailing admin@nervesystems.tech with your Order ID. Upon verification, we will process the refund securely back to your original payment method through our official Merchant of Record.
